What is Invigorate Asheville?
Invigorate Asheville is a doctor-owned medical spa and regenerative medicine clinic at 1378 Hendersonville Rd, Suite E-1, in Asheville, North Carolina. IV therapy is most of what it offers: nutrient and hydration drips, NAD+ IV therapy, ketamine IV therapy and a mobile IV service that comes to a home, office or event. Its other services are prolotherapy, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management and Tixel facials, a skin treatment.
Linda Y. Dula, DO, is the physician who prescribes. She is a restorative medicine specialist, board-certified in family medicine and certified in prolotherapy by the American Association of Orthopedic Medicine. The office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and closed on weekends. It holds a Google rating of 5 from 155 reviews.
What does it cost?
Its IV blends have published prices, from $99 to $249. The lowest is a hydration-focused drip at $99, and Myer's Cocktail is $129. Restore is $149, Invigorate Over-Indulgence and Invigorate Immune Boost are $179 each, and Invigorate Glow and Invigorate Performance are $199 each. Power of 10 Detox and Invigorate Performance Plus are $229 each, and Vitamin C Plus and Glow Plus are $249 each. The Myer's Cocktail can add one liter of normal saline for $49.
It does not publish prices for medical weight management or hormone therapy, and it does not publish a consultation fee. It does not say whether insurance is accepted or whether medication is included in any price. Ask for the full cost of a weight management or hormone plan before you book, including the consult and any lab work.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the weight management prescription. Those medications require a prescription and ongoing medical supervision, and intensive treatments need a pre-screening consult with Dr. Dula. Ask what that consult costs and whether you pay for it if you do not qualify. In its own words: "Prescription medications offered through InVigorate Asheville are available only following an appropriate medical evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider."
Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, since the clinic does not say. Ask whether any monthly fee includes the medication, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost. Ask whether visits can be done by video, which it does not address. For IV appointments, ask how cancellations and refunds work. Ketamine IV therapy requires a licensed mental health referral, so ask about that before you book it.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want IV drips, a mobile IV visit or a skin treatment from a clinic with a physician involved, and you are comfortable asking about weight management or hormone costs before you commit. If you need a clear monthly price for weight management or hormone therapy in writing, call 828-237-1511 and ask before you book.
