What should you ask before you book?

Ask which clinician prescribes the weight loss medications, since it does not say. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what each month costs once a package ends, and whether the monthly price includes medication.

Ask what the required labs cost if they are not in your package. The program calls for an annual Complete Metabolic Profile, CBC, TSH and lipid panel, plus an EKG every five years. Ask whether the $970 hormone therapy price includes medication and visits. Ask how membership cancellation works and whether insurance is accepted.
