About Luxe Wellness PLLC

What is Luxe Wellness PLLC?

Luxe Wellness PLLC is a cash-pay clinic at 111 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC 27203. Most of its services are aesthetic: wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, microneedling with PRP, chemical peels, ZO Skin Health, and IV hydration. Its medical programs are hormone health, medical wellness for women, and medical weight loss. It is more accurately read as an aesthetics practice that also offers weight loss and hormone care.

Ashley Webster, NP is the only person the clinic names as a prescriber. Her bio says she has practiced as a nurse practitioner for 12 years, specializing in women's health. The team page says the clinic operates under the supervision of a medical doctor, but it does not name that doctor.

The office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9AM to 6PM. The provider is out on Wednesdays, and weekends are by appointment only. Follow-up visits can be virtual or in-office. Its Google listing shows a rating of 5 from 115 reviews.

What does it cost?

The weight loss visits have published prices. The initial consultation is $100, and labs drawn in the office are $125. If you bring labs from another provider, the review fee is $25. A follow-up visit is $50.

The BALANCE Program's monthly membership and the 12-Week Programs are both listed as "varies," so no price is published for either. Both include your medication and supplies, shipped to you, plus a body composition scale and check-ins with the nurse practitioner, registered nurse and nutrition coach. The clinic does not take insurance. In its own words: "LUXE Wellness is a cash-based clinic." It accepts cash, local check, credit card, and HSA or FSA payments. A new aesthetic client consultation is free, and aesthetic treatments are due in full at the appointment. It does not publish prices for its injectables, peels, IV drips or hormone treatments.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask for the total monthly charge. The membership description says it includes medication, but it gives no figure. Ask which medication it is, whether it is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. The BALANCE page cites trial results for its injectable medications and says the medication is not approved for the other conditions it may help. Ask which trial it refers to and which uses are FDA-approved.

Ask what labs, check-ins and follow-up visits cost over the full length of a program. The clinic does not state cancellation or commitment terms, so ask how to cancel and whether you must sign up for a set period. Ask who supervises the nurse practitioner and whether the female hormone program waitlist is open. Ask which services men can book, too. The medical wellness page describes that care as for women and asks men to keep a primary care provider.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want cash-pay care for weight loss or hormone health, can pay a membership or program fee in full, and are comfortable with a nurse practitioner as your prescriber. It suits you less well if you need a physician to sign off on your care or want a published price list before you call.
