What is Stanly Aesthetics?
Stanly Aesthetics is a medical spa at 214 E. North St. in Albemarle, NC 28001. The phone number is 704-550-9129. Most of its services are aesthetic treatments: Botox, filler, Kybella, CoolSculpting, laser treatments, chemical peels and skin care. It also offers IV infusions and a weight loss program built around a Tirzepatide Package, so weight loss is one service among several. Google lists it as a spa, with a 4.5 rating from 26 reviews.
Its team is made up of advanced practice nurses, with over 40 years of combined experience. No prescriber is named for the weight loss program. It describes that program as medically supervised, but it does not say whether a physician or nurse practitioner supervises the tirzepatide. Walk-ins are welcome, but hours vary, so call first.
What does it cost?
The Tirzepatide Package is $600, and that price includes the medication. The package also includes four tirzepatide injections, two Metabolic Meltdown IV infusions, two B12 injections, a needle clipper, alcohol pads and 10 Zofran chewables. The infusions are valued at $358 for the first month and one a month after that. The B12 is valued at $50 for the first month. It does not say whether the $600 is charged per month or as a total, and it gives no package length or billing schedule.
Other prices include $189 for a single Metabolic Meltdown infusion, $680 for a 4-week package and $907 for a 6-week package. Botox is $12 per unit and Dysport is $4 per unit. CoolSculpting starts at $2,400, and laser hair removal packages start at $499, with single sessions from $99. It does not publish a consultation fee.
Payment runs through monthly plans from Cherry, some with 0% APR. You apply with a state ID and a mobile phone number, and Cherry's application advertises no hard credit check. It does not say whether insurance is accepted.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes and signs the tirzepatide prescription, and whether that person is a physician, nurse practitioner or other licensed prescriber who reviews you before the first injection. Ask whether the $600 is charged once or each month, and how long the package runs. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and what labs and follow-up visits cost on top of the package. Ask how to cancel, and whether cancelling also stops the Cherry payments. Ask whether any part can be done by telehealth, since it does not say. Finally, ask about hours before you make the drive, because walk-ins are welcome but hours vary.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight loss handled alongside skin and aesthetic work in a med spa, you are comfortable paying monthly through financing, and you can get the prescriber's name and the full package terms in writing before you pay. If either one is missing, wait for the answers before you book.
