What is Focus Lifestyle?
Focus Lifestyle is a physician-guided concierge medicine clinic at 2150 Wehrle Drive, Suite 300, in Williamsville, New York. Dr. Gregory Daniel, MD, founded the practice and is the only prescriber the clinic names. The clinic's own material describes him as board-certified in regenerative and longevity medicine, and it lists more than 15 years of experience.
The clinic leads with longevity medicine but offers four kinds of care. Its weight loss services include GLP-1 and semaglutide programs, and it names Mounjaro among its medications. Hormone care covers BHRT for women and TRT for men. Its peptide therapy names BPC-157, Sermorelin, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin and TB-500. Longevity services include NAD+ therapy and Galleri Screening, and it also lists PRP, IV therapy and aesthetic services.
What does it cost?
The clinic publishes two membership tiers and no price for any single treatment. Essential is $250 a month. It includes a lab panel every quarter, two physician consultations a year, a basic supplement protocol and 10% off all treatments. The higher tier is $375 a month. It includes a lab panel every month, unlimited physician access, a hormone and peptide protocol, 20% off all treatments and priority same-day appointments.
The clinic does not say whether medication is included in either tier, what a consultation costs outside a membership, or whether it accepts insurance. In its own words: "Become a Focus Lifestyle member and receive priority access to Dr. Daniel, preferred pricing on all treatments, and a fully personalized medicine protocol built around you." Ask for the membership agreement before you pay, since its text is not shown.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs each prescription and whether Dr. Daniel sees you for every treatment. Ask whether the monthly fee covers medication, and if it does not, what the drug costs on its own. For the GLP-1, semaglutide and Mounjaro programs, ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, since that changes the price.
Ask what lab work and follow-up visits cost outside a membership, and whether visits can be done by video. Ask the consultation fee and the insurance policy. Finally, ask how to cancel a membership and whether there is a minimum term.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want one named physician overseeing your care, can pay a monthly membership, and want the hormone, peptide or longevity services the clinic leads with. It is a weaker fit if you need a price for one treatment before booking, or if you need insurance billing.
