The membership includes medically guided semaglutide, tirzepatide, or retatrutide in incremental doses, along with weekly body composition monitoring, health coaching, management of other prescriptions, and a monthly provider visit. The Full Weight Loss Membership adds 6-month progress blood work. Members get 15% off vitamin therapies. Testosterone therapy is also sold as a membership that includes medication, follow-up blood work, and therapy monitoring. No price is shown for either membership.

The only payment option named is PatientFi, a financing service. ONE Vida does not say whether it accepts insurance.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask for the monthly membership fee in writing, and whether anything is billed on top of it. Ask which membership fits your goal and what each one costs per month, including which blood work each one covers.

Ask whether semaglutide, tirzepatide, and retatrutide are brand-name medications or compounded versions, and which pharmacy fills them. ONE Vida does not say.

Ask who writes each prescription, and who reviews your progress between monthly provider visits.

If you are considering peptides, ask which ones are prescription drugs and which are compounded, and whether each is included in a membership or billed separately. The peptide list names several options, including BPC-157 and Ipamorelin, but gives no prices.

Ask whether any visits can be done by video or phone. ONE Vida does not say. Ask for the cancellation terms in writing, including whether you can stop a membership partway through a billing cycle.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want medical weight management, hormone therapy, or peptides overseen by a physician or nurse practitioner, you can pay a monthly membership yourself, and you want the full cost in writing before you start. It is a weaker fit if you need published prices to compare clinics, or if you want a practice centered on medicine, since most of its listed services are aesthetic and wellness work.
