About TRT Wellness
What is TRT Wellness?
TRT Wellness is a physician-managed practice that offers testosterone replacement therapy and GLP-1 weight loss injections. It has offices in Seneca Falls and Rome, New York, and it also sees patients by telehealth. You can call or text 315-557-0092.
Its three service lines are the weight loss program, testosterone replacement therapy, and a vitamin injections home kit. The weight loss side offers compounded GLP-1 injections and lists compounded tirzepatide among its medications. The clinic does not name the physician who prescribes, though its doctors can meet patients over a HIPAA compliant connection. Office hours are by appointment, and emergency service 24/7 is also offered. It does not say how long it has been open.
This listing is for its Seneca Falls office at 81 West Bayard Street.
What does it cost?
The clinic publishes program prices. The 7-week GLP-1 beginner's program is $549, and the 14-week program is $1095. Both include physician consultation, medication, supplies, and meal recommendations. A monthly figure of about $315 applies to those programs, and a $365 monthly program is also offered. Compounded tirzepatide runs $749 for 6 weeks on the 20mg dose or $1295 for 10 weeks on the 40mg dose, then $575 a month. Testosterone therapy is $350 for 10 weeks or $450 for 15 weeks. No price is given for the vitamin home kit.
The GLP-1 programs are open to New York, Georgia, and Florida residents only. The clinic does not say whether it accepts insurance. It does not mention HSA or financing, membership terms, or cancellation, and it does not publish a separate consultation fee. Testosterone patients are told to get bloodwork through their primary care doctor, or to pay for an additional visit and the clinic's cost to order it. Introductory visits are offered, but no price is given for them.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and whether that physician is licensed in your state before you pay. Ask whether the $315 monthly figure covers the medication, and what your total cost will be at the end of the program. In its own words: "Compounded GLP-1 is NOT FDA APPROVED." Ask what that means for the medication you would receive and which pharmacy makes it. Medication ships from "our pharmacies," so ask whether those pharmacies are owned by the clinic. Ask what happens to unused weeks if you stop early and how cancellation works. Ask what the history before starting GLP-1 involves, and what follow-up visits and labs cost. For testosterone, ask what the introductory visit costs and who orders the bloodwork.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in New York, Georgia, or Florida, want a weight loss program run remotely with a physician consultation included, and are comfortable with compounded medication once you have the answers to the questions above. If you need insurance billing, want the prescriber named before you pay, or want testosterone care outside New York, call first.
