Memberships run $250 a month for the Clarity mental health plan (four 30 minute sessions) or $450 a month for Insight (four 60 minute sessions). The wellness plans are IV+ at $200 a month, NAD+ Therapy at $500 a month and VITA+ at $800 a month, each with discounts on extra infusions and supplements. Group work for bridal parties, corporate retreats and sports retreats starts at $500 and is quoted on request. What should you ask before you book?
Ask which licensed clinician reviews your chart and writes the prescription, and whether that is through Guardian MD Medical Group. Ask whether the $300 consultation is the whole first visit cost, and what the medication will add each month. Ask whether the medications are brand-name or compounded, since the clinic does not publish that.
Ask what follow-up visits, lab work and nutrition sessions cost, and whether any of them are billed separately. Ask whether insurance is accepted, whether HSA cards can be used, and whether the first consultation can be done by video. Ask for the street address and opening hours, which are not published. For any membership, ask how to cancel and how much notice is required.
Who is it a good fit for?
