IVREVIVE is an IV therapy, hormone and weight-loss clinic at 17 Lumber Rd, Roslyn, NY 11576, serving clients across Nassau County, with two seasonal sites in Montauk. It is one of the few clinics in this category that puts most of its prices on the page. Hormone therapy is $250 per month, described as all-inclusive with no hidden fees. ## What do the programmes include?
The hormone membership covers an initial consultation with Kimberly Pryslak, NP, and custom compounded bioidentical hormones, specifically Biest, testosterone and progesterone. The weight-loss side offers Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, a Microdose GLP Protocol, and a programme called Thrive that includes one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching and community access, full access to the IVRevive Thrive symptom tracking app, and what the site calls clinically proven GLP-1 protocols. Weight-loss pricing appears twice: a starting rate of $399 a month, and a separate block of $325 for 1 month, $600 for 2 months and $825 for 3 months. The multi-month figures work out cheaper per month, so ask which schedule applies to the protocol you want.
## What do the IV drips cost?
This is the gap. The IV therapy page says 11 IV drips are available at 30 to 60 minutes per session and points to an "IV Therapy Menu," but it publishes no drip names, no formulas and no drip prices. The only IV-page figures belong to booster shots: Beauty + Biotin $40, Boost + B12 $40, Strong + Taurine $40, Relax + Magnesium $40, Power + Amino Blend $50 and Trim + MICC $50. Peptides are offered as a service, but the peptides page names no individual peptide and carries no pricing either.

Christina Volz, RN, is the founder. Kimberly Pryslak, NP, is the clinician named for the hormone consultation. Stephanie Munves, Certified Health Coach, rounds out the published team.
## Where can I be seen?
The Roslyn office on Lumber Road is the main site. In Montauk there are two more: 786 Montauk Hwy, described as The Hamptons @ Jadespace, and 290 Old Montauk Hwy at Gurney's Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa. That second address is a resort and spa partnership rather than a standalone clinic, which is worth knowing if you are booking a drip while out east.
## What the site does not say
Checked on 22 September 2026 across the home page, the about page, the IV therapy page, the weight-loss page, the hormones page and the peptides page: no individual drip prices or formulas, no separate consultation fee, no opening hours of any kind on any page, no insurance statement anywhere, no telehealth offering, no peptide names or prices, and no description of who the programmes are intended for. The weight-loss page directs you to in-clinic and concierge booking.
