What does it cost?
The initial medical weight loss consultation is $150 for new patients, in person or by telehealth. Follow-up and ongoing monitoring is $75, by telehealth if you qualify, and monthly follow-up may be recommended for roughly the first 3 months. It does not say whether medication is included in either price. It does not publish prices for GLP-1 or other weight loss drugs, hormone therapy or peptide therapy. It describes itself as a self-pay practice and says it will explore insurance coverage for GLP-1 medication first. It does not state any cancellation or commitment terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes each treatment. Dr. Saunders is the only prescriber named, so ask whether she personally handles hormone and peptide treatment. Ask whether the $150 consultation or the $75 follow-up covers any medication, and what each weight loss drug costs per month. For GLP-1 medication, ask whether you would get the FDA-approved brand or a self-pay compounded formula, since both are offered. Ask what blood work costs on top of visits. For peptides, ask which pharmacy compounds them and what the $50 toward an order in the peptide section applies to. Finally, ask how cancellation works, whether there is a minimum term, and what the office hours are.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a medical spa that also offers gynecology alongside weight loss, hormone or peptide care, you are comfortable paying cash, and you are ready to get prices and terms in writing before you book.
