What does it cost?
Hormone consults are $99, and the fee is waived if you join the Hormone Membership at $199 a month, which includes medications, follow-ups and dose adjustments. Labs run through LabCorp on your insurance, and the cost varies.
Weight management consults are also $99, waived if you start medication. Semaglutide is $199 a month for the two lower dose tiers and $250 for the three higher. Tirzepatide is $299 for the two lower tiers and $425 for the four higher. It does not say whether those monthly figures include the medication itself.

Ask which compounding pharmacy makes the semaglutide and tirzepatide, and how the clinic checks it. Ask which peptides it uses, what the peptide consultation costs, and what a peptide program runs each month. Ask whether visits are billed to insurance, and what labs will cost before you agree to them. Ask whether follow-up can be done remotely, since it does not say. Its hours are weekends only, so ask whether a weekday visit is possible.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want one nurse practitioner to manage hormone, weight or aesthetic care over time, you are ready to pay monthly out of pocket, and weekend appointments work for you. If you need insurance billing for visits, or a peptide program with a published price, ask those questions before you call.
