What is TitanX Men's Health?
TitanX Men's Health is a men's health practice in Getzville, NY, near Buffalo. It is at 1660 Hopkins Rd, Suite 103, inside Dayla Spa. Its main work is hormone care for men. Robert Gibson, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, is the only prescriber named. His bio lists a Master's degree from the University at Buffalo and American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) board certification. It also says he has over 27 years of experience in healthcare, including two decades as a critical care nurse practitioner.
Testosterone is at the center of the service menu, alongside male sexual health, peptide therapy and supplements. The clinic prefers injections and a high concentration compounded cream for testosterone. Peptide therapy uses Sermorelin and Tesamorelin. Other medications named include HCG, tamoxifen, clomiphene or enclomiphene, minoxidil, finasteride and daily tadalafil. Medical weight management is part of the Platinum membership, and the homepage also names hair restoration and medical aesthetics. Its Google listing shows a rating of 5 from 27 reviews.
What does it cost?
Gold is $149 a month, or $37 a week. It includes follow-up visits every 3 months, test ordering and interpretation, peptide and TRT management, and injectable testosterone. Platinum is $199 a month, or $49 a week. It adds follow-up visits up to monthly, DEXA and InBody interpretation, and medical weight management. It does not say whether Platinum includes medication.
Medication costs are listed separately as estimates. Examples include 20% testosterone cream at $30 a month, Sermorelin at $85 a month and HCG at $215 for a 30 day supply, none including shipping to your home. Scans run $25 for InBody and $125 for DEXA. In its own words: "We do not accept insurance." The memberships are not health insurance. Prices may change, though established members get advance notice of monthly fee changes. It publishes no consultation fee, phone number or cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes and adjusts each prescription, and whether that is Robert Gibson. Ask whether the monthly fee covers medication, and whether the drugs are brand-name or compounded and which pharmacy fills them. Ask what the off-label use of Sermorelin and Tesamorelin means for your plan, since the clinic describes it that way. Peptide prescriptions require an in-person evaluation, and the clinic does not say whether video visits are offered at all, so ask. Finally, ask for the consultation fee, a phone number, and how cancellation works, including whether you still pay for months you skip.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want hormone-focused care from a nurse practitioner, you plan to pay cash, and you want the full monthly cost, including medication, in writing before you commit. It is less suited to you if you need insurance billing, or if you need a published phone number before you can book.
