About Inspired Health & Aesthetics

What is Inspired Health & Aesthetics?

Inspired Health & Aesthetics is a medical spa at 9388 Valley View Drive NW, Suite 100, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It has a 4.9 Google rating from 57 reviews. Most of what it offers is cosmetic and wellness work, such as injectables, facials, IV drips, and red light sessions. Medical weight loss is one of four service areas, alongside Wellness, Aesthetics, and Integrative Medicine.

The weight loss program uses tirzepatide, semaglutide, and retatrutide, which the clinic describes as medically supervised. Hormone care runs through EVEXIAS, with pellet therapy and injectable hormone replacement for men and women. Melanie Stewart and Gema Romero, BSN, MSN, RN, are the names given as prescribers. The clinic is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Monday visits are by appointment only, and it is closed Sunday.

What does it cost?

Weight loss is sold as monthly memberships. Semaglutide runs $200, $250, or $300 a month, and tirzepatide runs $299, $349, or $399 a month, depending on tier. The clinic does not say whether medication is included in those prices.

Hormone memberships are $149 a month for women and $199 a month for men. Each has a one-time initial evaluation and treatment fee of $349 or $549, plus a $100 enrollment month. They carry a 12-month initial commitment on recurring autopay. Wellness memberships run $99, $169, or $279 a month. It does not publish prices for peptide therapy.

Consultations are free for new clients. In its own words: "Every new client gets a complimentary consultation with no obligation to book treatment." It bills insurance for insured patients where applicable and offers self-pay as well. It does not say whether insurance covers weight loss or peptide care.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask which of the two named prescribers sees weight loss patients and which sees hormone patients, since the clinic does not say. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, what the medication costs if it does not, and whether it is brand-name or compounded. Ask what lab work and follow-up visits cost beyond the membership, since extra hormone labs are billed separately. Ask whether telehealth visits are offered and what a peptide consultation costs. Finally, ask how to cancel. The weight loss membership terms are not spelled out, and the hormone plan locks in 12 months.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want weight loss, hormone care, and peptide therapy in one Albuquerque office, and you are ready to pay monthly on autopay. If the medication price, the prescriber, or telehealth matters to your decision, get those answers in writing before you book.
