What is AlyneMD?
AlyneMD is a physician-led clinic with offices in Warren, NJ and New York, NY. Its menu leads with aesthetic treatments such as injectables, fillers and lasers, and it also has a longevity side. The GLP-1 program names semaglutide and tirzepatide. Hormone evaluation may include BHRT when symptoms, history and lab results support it, according to the clinic. Intake can be handled remotely. The clinic reviews your intake, schedules a live video visit and orders labs.
What does it cost?
The clinic lists programs from $99 a month, and that price does not include medication. It does not publish a consultation fee. It bills cash only. It does not say whether financing or HSA payment is accepted, how long a membership term runs, or how cancellation works.
What should you ask before you book?
Call (908) 888-9199 and ask who signs the prescription for each medication and who reviews your labs. Ask for the full monthly cost with semaglutide or tirzepatide included, since the $99 figure leaves the drug out. Ask whether the medications are brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills them. The clinic does not say whether an oral GLP-1 is available, so ask that too.
Ask what labs, follow-up visits and the Advanced Diagnostic Executive Physical cost, and whether any of them are in the program price. Ask how long a membership term lasts and how you cancel or pause. The clinic does not list office hours, so ask those, and ask which office you would be seen at, since no street address is published for the New York location.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician-led program that pairs medication with labs, follow-up and nutrition planning, and you can pay cash for both the program and the medication. It is a weaker fit if you need one price that covers everything, or if you want fees and hours in writing before you pick up the phone.
