## What does the program involve?
GLP-1 weight loss injections, and GLP-1 plus GIP injections, wrapped in nutritional counseling, behavioral support and lifestyle coaching. The medications are named by ingredient with brands attached: semaglutide (Ozempic and Wegovy), liraglutide (Saxenda) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro and Zepbound). Consultations are offered in person and virtually, which the practice frames as continuity of care rather than a substitute for visits. The provider is Dr. Saniea F. Majid, MD, FACS, FASMBS, DABOM Accredited, with over 10 years of experience treating patients — the only person named on the site.
## Where exactly are the offices?
Here is the frustrating part. The cities-we-serve page and the location blocks print city and ZIP lines only — Clifton, NJ 07013; Bridgewater, NJ 08807; Rahway, NJ 07065; Springfield, NJ 07081 — with no street line for any of them. You can tell which town to head for, but not which building, so you will need to call or use the booking flow to get an address.
## When is it open?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am to 5pm. Thursday, 10am to 6pm. Plus every second Saturday of the month, 9am to 1pm. That monthly Saturday clinic is unusual and useful if weekdays are impossible, but it is one Saturday in four, so book early.

Street addresses for the offices, as above. Any price at all — no dollar figure appears on the GLP-1 page, the insurance page or the home page, and there is no membership structure.
