## What is the weight loss programme?
An injectable prescription treatment that the weight loss page describes as mimicking a hormone that targets the brain's appetite control center. Which drug that is, the page never says. Semaglutide, tirzepatide, GLP-1, Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound do not appear anywhere on it. The one process step published is the first conversation: you talk with your provider about your health history, your weight loss goals and any medications you are currently taking. No prescriber is named for the programme — no PA, no nurse practitioner, nobody identified as the person who writes the prescription.
## Who is named?
Four people. Dr. Gbolahan Okubadejo is listed as owner and medical director, described on the about page as a spinal and orthopedic surgeon for 20 years. Sandra Gail Frayna is listed as founder and CEO. Liz Ant is named as a licensed esthetician. Scarleth Mejia is named with BSN, RN. The about page also mentions 5 years of experience for one of the team.
## Which location should you go to?
They are not interchangeable, and the hours are the reason. Hoboken is published as Monday to Friday 09:00am to 07:00pm, Saturday 09:00am to 03:00pm, closed Sunday. East Rutherford is published as Thursday 11:00am to 07:00pm, Friday 11:00am to 05:00pm, Saturday 09:00am to 03:00pm and Sunday 10:00am to 06:00pm — closed Monday through Wednesday, but open on Sunday, when Hoboken is shut. If you need a Sunday appointment, East Rutherford is the one; if you need a Monday, Hoboken is.
## What is unknown?
We checked the home page, the weight loss page, the memberships page, the about page and the consultations page on 22 September 2026. We could not establish the membership prices, the consultation fee amount, which drug the weight loss programme uses, what that programme costs, whether insurance is accepted, whether telehealth is offered or in which states, who prescribes, or who the programme is intended for.
