The Florham Park page also states that providers rotate between offices and that the team on site changes day to day, so the twenty-seven people on the Meet The Team page are practice-wide and none is published as assigned to Florham Park. Derek B. Berberian, MD founded the practice in 2015 and appears first on that roster, which also includes Samantha Ciparis -LCSW, Cindy Rullo, Vinson Varughese, Christopher Whitehead, Lauren Imbriani and twenty-one others. If you want a particular clinician, book by name rather than by building.
The practice also does more than weight management: individual therapy, medication management, and preventive and general health care. The home page says urgent psychiatric evaluations are available "in person at any of our four offices or by telehealth across New Jersey".
## What is not on the site?
Opening hours, for a start. The Florham Park page gives an address and phone but no schedule, and there is no hours block in the site footer, so you cannot tell when to walk in. There is no consultation fee published anywhere — the Insurance page covers network status, payment methods and form fees but no visit charge. No towns or service area are listed for this office; the navigation has an "Areas We Serve" page we did not open.
