On the weight-loss side it runs a medically supervised Ideal Protein programme, injectable semaglutide and tirzepatide, HRT pellets, and two laser body treatments. It publishes almost no prices — the only dollar figures on the site are a $50 Off promotion and a $150 trial session, and neither is a programme price.
## What does it cost?
There is no pricing page, no membership page, and no fee schedule in the navigation. No consultation fee is stated anywhere we looked. The injectable weight-loss programme and the HRT pellet therapy both go unpriced. A Payment Plans page exists on the site and we did not open it, so that is the one place left where terms might appear.
## What does the weight-loss side include?
Five things are named on the weight loss and inch loss page: the medically supervised Ideal Protein programme, an injectable weight loss programme using semaglutide or tirzepatide, the Strawberry Inch Loss Laser, the Strawberry Lift non-surgical double chin reduction, and HRT pellets. The $150 trial session and the $50 off promotion both appear on that page.
## Who works there?
Nine people are named on the about page, several with credentials: Dena Lacara, D.O., Rosalie Curreri, MD, Deborah Petrowsky, MD, Donna Taormina, MS, APN, FNP-C, Daniella Howell, NP, Julia Kaczoe, RN, Amanda Ivos, DNP, FNP-BC, and two more, Alexa Colello and Maria Esposito. The about page states that in 2009, Dr. Lacara launched The Spa at Mecca from the ground up.
None of those names is connected to the injectable weight-loss or HRT programmes specifically, so you will not learn from the site who would be prescribing.
## Is everything on the menu actually done here?
Not necessarily, and this is the thing to check before booking. Several navigation entries point off-site to separate businesses rather than to pages of this site. Strawberry Lift links to strawberry-laser.com, and a vitamins link goes to nutrametrix.com. Some of what the menu presents as a service is delivered by, or at least described on, a different company's domain.
The wider menu captured from navigation — IV therapy, Botox, filler, Aquagold, facials and peels, microneedling, Vivace, PRF, BBL photofacial, Glacial RX, Diamond Glow, Hydrafacial, Kybella, hair restoration, waxing, laser hair removal and more — comes from the menu only, with no page opened behind it.
