What does it cost?

In its own words: "Once medication is dispensed and shipped, the patient is financially committed for an initial 2-month period." You can pay that period in full at dispensing or in monthly installments due every 30 days. Pricing will not change during an active committed period. The clinic does not accept insurance, but it will provide itemized receipts so you can ask your insurer about out-of-network reimbursement.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs each prescription and who reviews your labs, and ask for each physician's credentials. Ask whether the $159 clomiphene price includes the medication, and whether any medication is brand-name or compounded. It does not say.
Ask what follow-up costs. The schedule is one visit 6 to 8 weeks after you start, then visits every 6 months, and it does not say whether the monthly fee covers them. Labs are ordered through insurance when applicable, so ask what you will pay out of pocket for copays, deductibles or anything insurance does not cover. Ask what happens at the end of the 2-month commitment and how you cancel. Cancellation terms are not described.
If you live outside New Jersey, ask whether you qualify, since telemedicine is limited to New Jersey patients. Ask for office hours, which are not listed.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are a man in New Jersey who wants testosterone therapy with physician supervision, can pay cash for an evaluation, labs and a monthly program, and can accept a 2-month commitment once medication ships.
