What does it cost?

The initial consultation and weight loss evaluation is $75. A free consult is also advertised, so ask which one applies before you book. The Core Program is $299 a month, and the Advanced Program is $349 to $599 a month. Both include weekly provider-administered dosing and medical oversight. It does not say whether these monthly prices include medication. A Kickstart 2026 offer promises a doctor-supervised program with your medication and weekly in-clinic injections, starting at $199 for the first month.

Peptide care starts with a $99 one-time consultation. The Wellness Starter Protocol is $295 a month, and the Performance and Advanced stacks are $350 a month each. Other prices include $45 for an MIC or B12 injection, $199 to $249 for IV hydration, and $350 to $650 per microneedling session. It offers financing through CareCredit and Cherry. It does not list insurance as accepted, and it says it will review whether part of a program may qualify for reimbursement or flexible spending account use. Completed services are generally non-refundable, and cancellation or no-show fees may apply. It does not publish membership cancellation terms.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs each prescription, and whether your visits will be with Rolando Alvarez MD, Karen Landaverde FNP-BC or someone else. Ask whether the monthly fee includes medication. If it does, ask which medication is used and whether it is brand-name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits, lab work and body scans cost beyond the monthly fee.

The weight loss program offers mail-to-home options, so ask what that involves and whether any part of your care can happen remotely. Ask what happens to the $75 consultation once you become eligible for membership. Finally, ask how a membership is cancelled, how much notice is required, and what happens to any prepaid amount.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you plan to pay cash for medically supervised weight loss or peptide care and want the medication, follow-up costs and cancellation terms in writing before you pay. It is a weaker fit if you need a published price list, posted hours or confirmed insurance acceptance before you commit.
