What is Pellé Medical Spa?
Pellé Medical Spa is a medical spa at 159 Frontage Rd in Manchester, NH 03103. Most of what it offers is aesthetic, from Botox and dermal fillers to chemical peels, laser facials, CoolSculpting ELITE, laser hair removal, spray tanning, teeth whitening and hair restoration. Peptide therapy for weight management is one service on that list. It has a 5 rating on Google from 555 reviews, and Google lists it as a medical spa.
Tonya Binder, APRN, BSN, leads the weight management program and is the only prescriber the clinic names. The program uses GLP-1 and GIP peptides, and the clinic also lists NAD and B-12. The program page describes nutritional coaching, lifestyle guidance, regular health assessments and ongoing monitoring. In its own words: "We invite you to schedule a consultation where our medical experts will evaluate your health profile, discuss your goals, and determine if this treatment approach is the right fit for your needs." It is open Monday and Friday 10am to 3pm, Tuesday through Thursday 10am to 8pm, and closed on weekends.
What does it cost?
It does not publish a price for peptide therapy or for a weight management program, and it does not state a consultation fee. The one peptide offer is $100 off the first month of peptide therapy for new clients. Other listed offers are $100 off a Tox treatment, $249 for an IPL treatment, $100 off when you buy 40 units of Botox, and 50% off a second CoolSculpting ELITE area when you buy one. It lists financing through Cherry, CareCredit, Affirm and Klarna. It does not say whether insurance covers GLP-1 therapy or whether medication is included in any price. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours ahead brings a cancellation fee, and the card on file holds the appointment time. The fee amount is not stated.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription for the GLP-1 and GIP peptides, and who you will see at follow-up visits. Ask whether the peptide program has a monthly fee, what that fee is, and whether it includes the medication. Ask whether the peptides are brand-name products or compounded, and which pharmacy fills them. Ask what the consultation, lab work and follow-up visits cost, and whether follow-up can be done by video, since it does not mention telehealth. Ask how to stop the program and whether you still pay for visits already booked.
In its own words: "Because many of our services require a consultation, we only offer certain services for online booking." Ask whether peptide therapy can be booked online or needs a consultation first.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a nurse practitioner to lead a cash-pay weight management program at a med spa, and you are ready to get the price, medication and cancellation details in writing before you commit. If you want a clinic that treats weight only, or you need insurance to cover GLP-1 therapy, ask those questions before you call.
