What is Inbloom Health + Medispa?
Inbloom Health + Medispa is a medispa at 25 Buttrick Road, Suite C1, in Londonderry, New Hampshire. Most of what it does is aesthetic: Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRF and PRP, microneedling, RF microneedling, Skinwave facials, CoolSculpting, Physiq, laser hair removal and laser resurfacing. It also offers weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, hypothyroid care and sexual health, so weight loss is one service among several. It is open Monday through Friday and closed on weekends, and it has a 5-star rating from 153 Google reviews.
Dr. Tanya Lawson, ND, is the only clinician the practice names, and she has worked with patients since 2006. Its medically supervised weight loss program starts with a first visit that includes medical tests and lab work, followed by a personalized plan. The prescriptions it names are GLP-1 agonists like semaglutide, peptides, hCG and naltrexone. It does not say which clinician writes those prescriptions. In its own words: "Your provider supports you with meal plans, recipes, and weekly check-ins."
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight loss or hormone therapy, and it does not say whether medication is included in any price. No consultation fee is listed. The one figure it gives is a new-patient offer: $50 off any treatment with a minimum purchase of $200, terms and conditions apply. It does not directly bill insurance, but it accepts FSA and HSA cards alongside its normal payment methods, and payment plans are available. Its VIP membership lets you come in once a month for a selected service, but it does not publish membership prices or cancellation terms. Cost is given at the first consultation.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the GLP-1 prescription, and whether the monthly fee includes the medication. Ask whether the semaglutide is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the first visit, the lab work and the follow-up visits cost, and whether any of them are extra. Ask what BMI the program requires, since the clinic gives both 27 and 28 as cutoffs. Ask whether telehealth visits are offered, because it does not say. Finally, ask how the membership and the weight loss program are cancelled, and whether either one has a minimum term.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want aesthetic treatments and a medically supervised weight loss program under one roof, and you are comfortable paying cash, using an HSA or FSA card, or setting up a payment plan. It is worth calling first if you want the prescriber and the full monthly cost confirmed before you book.
