What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription and what their credentials are. The clinic refers to "healthcare professionals" and "providers" but names no one who prescribes, so get that answer before you pay anything.
Ask for the monthly price of the weight loss program, and whether it includes the medication, the weekly injections and the lab work. The program lists "delivery" of the medication, so ask what that means and whether it adds a charge.
Ask whether semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand-name or compounded. The weight loss section does not say, while the hormone therapy section describes compounded hormones, so ask about both. Ask what follow-up visits and repeat lab work cost. Ask whether insurance, HSA or FSA funds can be used, whether any visit can be done by video, and how cancellation works for the program, the membership and any payment plan.

This is a good fit if you want cosmetic treatment and are also considering weight loss or hormone therapy there, and you are comfortable asking for prices before you commit.
