About Revenge MD
What is Revenge MD?
Revenge MD is an aesthetics and wellness medspa with two Nevada locations, one in Las Vegas and one in Reno. Its main business is cosmetic work: Botox, Xeomin, Dysport and Letybo, dermal fillers, lip fillers, PDO threads, Sculptra, microneedling, laser hair removal and skin tightening. Medical weight loss and hormone therapy are among its wellness services, alongside IV therapy and red light therapy.
The clinic was first established as a weight loss center in 2000, and it later grew into aesthetics. Its weight loss program uses GLP-1 injections with Semaglutide. The weight loss pages also explain phentermine and LOMAIRA, but it is not clear from the clinic's material whether either one is part of the program. The clinic describes the program as physician-supervised but does not name the physician who prescribes. Hormone Pellet Therapy is listed under Las Vegas with no further detail, and the clinic does not offer peptide or longevity medicine as its own treatment.
This listing is for its Reno office at 10605 Double R Blvd.
What does it cost?
The weight loss program has a $150 start-up fee, which includes lab work, lab work review and a consultation with a medical provider. The monthly plan is $500 a month, and the 3-month plan is $1200 when paid in full. The monthly fee covers the medication, weekly weigh-ins and injections with a program facilitator, and the prescription itself. The clinic requires a 3-month minimum commitment, with the monthly fee paid monthly. In its own words: "We do not bill insurance for your monthly fee." It does not publish prices for hormone therapy, IV therapy or its aesthetic treatments, so ask for those before booking.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs your prescription and what their credentials are, since the clinic does not name a prescriber. Ask which medication you would be prescribed, and whether it is a brand-name product or a compounded one. The weight loss pages list 3-month savings of $300 in one section and $200 in another, so confirm which one applies. Ask whether the $50 off the monthly plan, which the clinic calls a new client special, is ongoing. Ask whether the $150 start-up fee covers follow-up lab work, or whether repeat labs and visits cost extra. Ask how cancellation works inside the 3-month commitment and whether any part of the payment is refundable. Ask whether telehealth is offered, since the clinic does not say. Finally, confirm the phone number. The weight loss pages list (775) 848-3730 for Las Vegas, while the homepage lists (702) 335-7033.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want cash-pay weight loss care or cosmetic injectables and are comfortable asking the clinic to name its prescriber and put its costs in writing before you commit. It is a weaker fit if you need insurance billing, a named physician, or published prices for hormone therapy.
