What is Sky Health Wellness Clinic?
Sky Health Wellness Clinic is a cash-pay wellness clinic at 4385 N. Pecos Rd. Suite 140, North Las Vegas, NV 89115. It is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and closed on weekends. Google lists it at 4.2 from 25 reviews, under the category weight loss service. The clinic does not name the person who writes prescriptions.
Weight loss comes first in its service list. It offers tirzepatide (also sold as Mounjaro and Zepbound), semaglutide (also sold as Ozempic and Wegovy), metformin prescribed off-label for weight management, and Bella, an oral capsule compounded by Empower Pharmacy. Other services include peptide therapy, anti-aging therapy such as telomere testing and NAD+ therapy, IV therapy, sexual health treatment including testosterone optimization, advanced blood testing, and general wellness exams. Same-day appointments are offered.
What does it cost?
Sky Health does not take insurance. In its own words: "Please note: We do not accept any insurance plans at this time." It will provide a super-bill on request, which you can submit for possible reimbursement. You pay only after services are rendered, and you do not need a credit card to book.
Starting prices are $250 for tirzepatide and $175 for semaglutide. Metformin visits are $99 each, and the medication is paid for separately at the pharmacy. Bella is $150 per visit. An October special offers a tirzepatide treatment for $199, for the starting dose only. Sky Health does not say whether the tirzepatide or semaglutide prices include medication. It does not publish a consultation fee, or prices for peptide, IV, anti-aging, or testing services. It does not publish financing, HSA, membership, or cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes your prescription, and get that person's name and credentials before your first visit. Sky Health does not name a prescriber.
Ask whether the tirzepatide and semaglutide prices include the medication, and whether those prices are per visit or per month. The metformin price does not include medication.
Ask whether each medication is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. Sky Health says compounded medications come from licensed 503A or 503B pharmacies.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether check-ins can be done by telehealth, since that is not addressed. Ask whether Bella is a prescribed medication or a supplement, because Sky Health describes it both ways. Ask how to cancel, and whether any fee continues after you stop.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want care at the North Las Vegas office, you plan to pay cash, and you are willing to get the prescriber's name, the medication cost, and the follow-up fees in writing before you book. It may not suit you if you need telehealth check-ins or one price that covers medication and labs, since neither is described.
