About LiveAgelessly
What is LiveAgelessly?
LiveAgelessly is a cash-pay medical practice at 8460 S. Eastern Suite C in Las Vegas, Nevada 89123, on the north east corner of Eastern and Wigwam, just north of the I-215 freeway. It serves patients in Las Vegas and Henderson, and it also sees patients who travel in from across the country and beyond. Maria Keller, FACOG, M.D. is the medical director and the only prescriber the clinic names. The clinic describes her as a Board-Certified Gynecologist who has run her own private practices since 2006.
The clinic describes its work as Bioidentical Hormone Replacement, Sexual Wellness, Functional Medicine, and Facial Aesthetics. Hormone therapy and sexual wellness are the most prominent services on its website. Weight loss, longevity medicine, peptide therapy, and EmSculpt treatments are listed alongside them. For weight loss, the clinic names GLP-1/GIP medications, and its blog describes microdosing them. Its men's sexual health page lists peptide therapy among the treatments offered, but it does not say which peptides are used.
Telehealth is an option. The first consultation can be virtual if you choose. On Google, the clinic has a 4.3 rating from 61 reviews and is listed as a medical clinic.
What does it cost?
The one price the clinic publishes is for consultations, which usually cost about $500 for both visits. The first visit is a conversation with Dr. Keller about your concerns. If she finds you are a candidate for care there, a follow-up visit is scheduled once lab tests are complete.
Care is paid in cash. In its own words: "The high quality of care provided by LiveAgelessly is not possible within the model of insurance-based care." The clinic adds that you may still be able to use insurance to pay for labs. Financing is offered through Cherry.
The clinic does not publish prices for weight loss or hormone therapy, and it does not say whether medication is included in any price. Ask for both before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes your prescription, and whether Dr. Keller is the prescriber for any medication you would receive. Ask whether a monthly or program price includes the medication itself, and whether that medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask which GLP-1/GIP medication would be used for weight loss, and which peptides, if any, you would receive.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost on top of the consultation, and which of those labs your insurance might cover. Ask how to cancel a program and whether it has a set length. Ask whether the virtual first visit costs the same as an in-office visit. Finally, ask for office hours, since the clinic does not list them.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are paying out of pocket for hormone therapy or sexual wellness care, you want a gynecologist directing that care, and you are willing to get prices and medication details in writing before you commit to a program. If you need published prices for a full program up front, or you want insurance to cover the visits themselves, this clinic may not be the right place to start.
