The 1-Month Weight Loss Program includes one month of medication, an initial consultation and exam, an EKG, and eight weeks of diet shots. The 2-Month program includes two months of medication along with the same consultation, EKG and eight weeks of diet shots. Both offer weekly weigh-ins without an appointment, and visits include monitoring of vitals, weight and the diet shot.
The program descriptions say medication is included, but they give no price, so it is unclear whether the total covers the medication for the full term. No consultation fee, insurance policy, membership terms or cancellation terms are given. Call 702-487-6500 and ask for the total cost of each program before you schedule.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes and signs the prescription, and whether Dr. Kohn reviews each one himself. Ask whether the semaglutide or tirzepatide is brand-name or compounded, since the clinic does not say. Ask what the initial consultation, follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether the program price covers the medication for the full term.
Ask whether the clinic takes insurance and whether HSA cards can be used. Ask whether any visit can be done by video, which the clinic does not mention. Ask how cancellation works and whether there is a membership or minimum commitment. If you are interested in SculpSure, ask the price per session. If you are interested in supplements, ask whether a product such as Hydrocaps is extra.
Finally, ask what the second number, (805) 449-8781, is for. The clinic shows it beside its main line of 702-487-6500, and it does not explain the difference.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician-led weight loss program with office visits in Las Vegas and you are willing to get the full cost in writing before you start. If you need prices shown up front, insurance billing or a video visit, ask the clinic about those first, because it does not publish them.
