What is Bloom Regenerative?
Bloom Regenerative is a regenerative medicine clinic in Las Vegas. Its own description leans on stem cell therapy, peptide protocols and IV nutrition, but its service list also covers doctor's visits, bloodwork, joint injections, pain management, sexual health and hair restoration. Weight loss is one service among these, not the whole practice. In its own words: "Physician-Led Regenerative Care in Las Vegas."

What does it cost?
Bloom publishes membership prices but not prices for single treatments. Tier 1 is $549 a month, Tier 2 is $849 a month and Tier 3 is $1,249 a month. Each tier includes unlimited concierge access, doctor visits, IV nutrition, peptides and blood panels in set amounts, plus a discount on other services: 10% on Tiers 1 and 2, and 15% on Tier 3. Tier 1 includes quarterly doctor visits, Tier 2 includes one a month and Tier 3 includes two, in person or by telehealth.
The tier listings do not say whether GLP-1 medication is covered, and GLP-1 and peptide prices are not published on their own. Payment plans run through Cherry financing. The clinic does not say it takes insurance, and membership cancellation terms are not stated.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask which physician signs GLP-1 and peptide prescriptions, and whether that doctor reviews your history in person before the first dose. Ask whether the monthly fee covers GLP-1 medication or whether it is billed separately, and whether semaglutide or tirzepatide is brand-name or compounded. Bloom lists peptide care as injection, capsule or topical, so ask which forms it uses and where the compounds come from. Its GLP-1 material includes a warning about thyroid cancer history, so ask how that history is checked.
Ask what hormone treatment is offered. Hormone support appears in its anti-aging and peptide descriptions, but hormone replacement is not described in detail. Also ask what bloodwork and follow-up cost outside the membership, how a membership is cancelled, and when the office is open, since hours are not easy to find.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician-guided program that brings weight loss, bloodwork and peptides under one monthly membership, and you are willing to get the prescriber's name, the medication cost and the cancellation terms in writing before you pay. It is a less clear fit if you need insurance billing or a fixed price for a single GLP-1 prescription.
