Ask who prescribes, and get the name and credentials of the physician who signs the prescription. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, since the Concierge program includes ongoing blood monitoring but no price is listed. Ask how membership is canceled and whether the 15% founding rate stays in place if you leave and rejoin. Ask whether telehealth is offered, since the clinic does not say. Ask whether they take insurance.
The clinic's footer states that its stem cell and exosome therapies are not approved by the FDA. Ask what that means for the treatment you are considering, and what evidence the clinic relies on for it.
