What is Re-New Institute?
Re-New Institute is a longevity and wellness practice at 2425 S 171st St Suite 100 in Omaha, Nebraska. Melissa Loseke, DO, is the one prescriber named on its materials. In its own words: "Led by a Functional Medicine Physician (DO)."
The four services a cash-pay patient would most likely compare are medical weight loss, Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), peptide therapy, and anti-aging medicine. The weight loss program uses GLP-1 medications, and semaglutide is the one it names. The hormone memberships use pellets, injections, oral troches, and other delivery methods, and the clinic refers to FDA-regulated compounding pharmacies. The peptides it names include BPC-157, CJC-1295, Sermorelin, and GHK-Cu.
The clinic also offers advanced testing, sexual health care, ozone therapy, PRP, and aesthetic and energy services such as laser hair removal, RF microneedling, Shiftwave, and sound therapy. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 to 11:30 AM and 12:30 to 5 PM, Friday 8 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 to 5 PM, and closed on weekends. Its midday hours are worded two different ways in its materials, so confirm them before you visit. Google lists it as a medical clinic with a 4.9 rating from 98 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices or a consultation fee. The weight loss program lists what it includes: 90 day fasting labs, dosing advice, a monthly 30-minute follow-up in person or by phone, and an initial InBody scan with another at 90 days. It does not say whether the medication is part of that program price. The hormone services are sold as memberships, but no membership fee is listed. Nothing is published about insurance, HSA use, financing, membership terms, or cancellation.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with who signs the prescription. Ask whether Melissa Loseke, DO, writes the prescriptions for every program you join, and who handles your care when she is not in the office.
Then ask about the monthly price. Does it include the GLP-1 medication, or is the drug billed separately? Ask the same about the peptides and hormones. For each one, ask whether it is a brand-name product or a compounded one, and which pharmacy fills it. Confirm what visits, extra labs beyond the 90 day panel, and advanced testing cost. Ask for the consultation fee, whether the clinic takes insurance, and how a membership is canceled, including any minimum commitment.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician-led, cash-pay program with ongoing lab work, and you are ready to get the full price and cancellation terms in writing before you commit. If you want prices posted online before you call, this clinic will not give you that.
