The weight loss menu lists semaglutide, tirzepatide, VitaLipo, vitamin B12 and NAD+ shots, and The PMC Diet. Hormone therapy is offered as HRT for men and HRT for women. The clinic does not name who prescribes any of these. It says, "Our licensed practitioners will support you through your weight loss by creating a personalized plan," and it describes monthly check-ins where body composition is measured with an InBody Scale and a Shape Scale.

It does not say it accepts insurance. The payment option it names is monthly financing through Allē, powered by Cherry, with a quick application and a soft credit check. It lists a Weight Loss Management Membership but gives no terms or cancellation policy for it.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription for semaglutide and tirzepatide, and what license that person holds. The clinic names only "licensed practitioners."
Ask whether the $99 to $199 price includes the medication, and what the $125 management fee covers.
Ask whether the medication is brand name or compounded. The PMC Diet page describes custom-compounded human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) injections, so ask the same question about that program.
Ask what follow up visits, body composition checks and lab work cost, and whether any are billed on top of the monthly fee.
Ask whether check-ins can be done remotely. The menu lists a Virtual Consultation, but the clinic does not say whether weight loss care can be handled that way.
