What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription, and get that person's name and credentials in writing before the first visit. Ask whether any monthly or program price includes the medication, and what the medication costs on its own. Ask whether the drug is brand-name or compounded, and where it is filled.
Ask what follow-up visits and repeat blood work cost after the first screening. Ask whether telehealth is available, since the clinic does not say. Ask whether it bills insurance at all, and what a visit costs if it does not. Ask how cancellation works and whether there is a fee. Ask how long the clinic has been open, which it does not state.
One part of its wording says new patients must schedule an appointment, but its testosterone section says no appointment is required. Ask which applies before you drive over.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want an in-person visit in Omaha for weight loss or hormone questions, can keep to its listed hours, and are willing to get the prescriber's name, medication prices and cancellation terms in writing before you pay for more than the first visit. If you need telehealth or insurance billing, call first, since neither is stated.
