About Ella Rose Aesthetics
What is Ella Rose Aesthetics?
Ella Rose Aesthetics is a med spa at 17725 Welch Plaza Bay #D in Omaha, Nebraska 68135. It opened in February 2022. Most of its menu is cosmetic work: dermal filler, neurotoxin, Sculptra, laser, SylfirmX RF microneedling, a VI Peel and tattoo removal. It also offers a GLP-1 weight loss program, hormone therapy (BHRT) and NAD+.
Claire Deegan is the one prescriber named for the practice. The clinic describes her as a nurse practitioner who holds a master's degree in nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She is the provider who writes the prescriptions for the GLP-1 program. In its own words: "Get personalized medical weight loss support with a treatment plan tailored to your goals." Google lists the business as a weight loss service with a 5 rating from 149 reviews.
What does it cost?
The GLP-1 program starts with a $99 consult, which runs 45 minutes in person or virtual. The consult fee can go toward medication if you order the same day. Medication runs $149 to $449 a month, depending on brand and dose. Refill clients also pay a $149 monthly medical management fee, listed as a separate charge from the medication.
Hormone therapy starts with a $400 consult that includes labs and a virtual follow-up. After that, the monthly hormone membership is $220 with a 3-month minimum commitment. It covers medication, medical management and follow-up labs at the 3, 6 and 12 month marks.
Other listed prices include a $50 NAD+ consult, $500 for NAD+, $30 or $100 for 4 B12 injections, and $13 per unit of neurotoxin. Payment is through Cherry financing, with a 4.5% processing fee on every Cherry payment. The clinic does not mention insurance. Club Ella Rose offers 10% off select services, but its cost is not listed.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the monthly total. Ask whether the $149 management fee plus the medication is the full amount you will pay each month, and whether syringes, pharmacy fees or shipping add a charge. The clinic names medicine classes, not specific drugs, so ask which drug and dose you would start on. Ask whether it is brand name or compounded and which pharmacy fills it.
Ask what a follow-up refill visit and any lab work cost on the weight loss side, since none of that is listed. Ask how to cancel, and what you owe after the 3-month minimum on the hormone membership. Hours are listed as 09:00 am to 04:30 pm with no days, so ask which days it is open.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in Nebraska, since weight loss care is limited to residents, and you are prepared to pay monthly out of pocket for a program a nurse practitioner runs. If you need a clear all-in monthly price in writing before you book, get that answer first.
