About Element Wellness

What is Element Wellness?

Element Wellness is a functional medicine practice at 14450 Eagle Run Drive Unit 270 in Omaha, Nebraska, 68116. The phone number is (402) 396-2935. It is locally owned and operated and built on Direct Primary Care, a membership model. Its main work is functional medicine and primary-style care. Medical weight loss and hormone therapy are two of its services, alongside IV infusions, ozone, chelation, NAD+, methylene blue, high-dose vitamin C, stem cell therapy and aesthetics.

The only prescriber named is Robyn Rafter, APRN, FNP-BC, MSN. She co-founded the practice with her husband, Gene Rafter. No credential is given for Gene, and he is not named as a prescriber. The weight loss program lists semaglutide and tirzepatide and names Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro. Vials can be shipped to your home for self-injection, or given at the clinic by licensed nurses. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday and Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. It holds a 5 rating on Google from 97 reviews.

What does it cost?

Hormone therapy is the one service with a published fee. The initial consultation is free. Non-members pay a $125 office visit fee, and members enrolled in the Direct Primary Care membership receive hormone therapy at no additional cost. Lab fees are extra, and you are asked to inquire about them. The clinic does not say whether medication is included in the hormone therapy price.

Weight loss has no published price. In its own words: "Pricing is personalized based on your treatment plan, medication, and whether you choose in-clinic or at-home administration." Bloodwork is required before a dosing plan, and the lab fees are given on inquiry.

The memberships are PULSE Infusion and PULSE Essentials at $125 a month each, PULSE Plus at $250 a month, and PULSE Elite at $475 a month. Essentials and Plus include 6 Direct Primary Care visits a year, and Elite includes 12. Lab costs are separate. PULSE Plus gives 10% off weight loss therapies, including GLP-1, tirzepatide and semaglutide. Without a membership, each visit or call costs $125. The PULSE Infusion tier has no contract and asks for 30 days written notice to cancel. The clinic does not say whether it accepts insurance.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes and signs the weight loss prescription. Robyn Rafter is the only prescriber named, and the weight loss prescriber is not named.

Ask whether the weight loss price includes the medication and the nurse visits, or whether the drug is billed on top. Ask for the monthly total you should expect.

Ask whether the semaglutide or tirzepatide is a brand-name product or a compounded version. The program names both generic and brand names, so the answer is worth getting in writing.

Ask what the bloodwork, follow-up visits and dose changes cost. Lab fees are not published.

Ask whether the $125 hormone visit fee includes the medication, and what the testosterone injections or creams cost on top of it.

Ask whether telehealth is offered and whether insurance is accepted. Neither is stated.

Ask how cancellation works for the plan you choose. The PULSE Infusion tier says 30 days written notice, so confirm that the same terms apply to the plan you pick.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want in-person care in Omaha with a named nurse practitioner, a membership-based model, and you are ready to pay separately for medication and lab work. It is a harder fit if you need one all-in weight loss price before you call, because none is published.
