What is Allure Health & Med Spa?
Allure Health & Med Spa is a med spa with offices in Omaha and Columbus, Nebraska. Most of its menu is cosmetic: BOTOX and Dysport, fillers, Sculptra, KYBELLA, laser work, HydraFacial and other facials, chemical peels and teeth whitening. It also offers hormone replacement, weight loss options and vaginal rejuvenation. It has a 4.9 Google rating from 96 reviews.
Hilary Muhle, APRN, WHNP-BC is listed as medical director. Michele North is also a named prescriber, though her credentials are not spelled out. In its own words: "Each patient works with our care team to establish a customized plan that focuses on their specific needs."
The clinic calls its bio-identical hormone therapy a natural, plant-based treatment and describes pellet implants placed under local numbing as an outpatient procedure. Its weight loss page names CONTRAVE, phentermine and injections. A post on hormones and GLP-1 medication names semaglutide and tirzepatide as options that may be considered when medically appropriate.
What does it cost?
The clinic publishes prices for its cosmetic menu but none for hormone therapy or weight loss. Botox is $12.00 per unit and Dysport is $4.00 per unit. Sculptra is $750 per vial and KYBELLA is $550 per vial. Lip plumps start at $400, and vaginal rejuvenation runs $1,000 for diVa or PRP, or $1,500 for the combination.
For weight loss, the price list says "Consultation required. Prices vary." Nothing is listed for hormone therapy, and it does not say whether medication is included in any fee.
Insurance is not billed, but HSA and FSA funds are accepted. The first consultation is free. A payment plans link appears in the menu, but no terms are given. A VIP program offers member savings, also without terms. A current promotion takes $100 off beginning labs for both the hormone and GLP-1 programs, for patients seen in Omaha or Columbus.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which provider will write your prescription, and who will review your labs and follow-up.
Ask whether the weight loss fee includes the medication or bills it separately, and ask for the price in writing. Ask whether the tirzepatide or semaglutide is brand-name or compounded. For hormones, ask what the bio-identical preparation is and whether it is compounded.
Ask what beginning labs cost without the promotion, and what follow-up labs and visits cost over a year.
Ask how cancellation and refunds work. The clinic links to an appointment, cancellation and refund policy, but the terms are not given.
Ask whether any visit can be done by video, since telehealth is not mentioned. Ask whether the free consultation carries any charge afterward.
If you are looking for peptide or longevity medicine, ask directly, because the clinic does not mention either.
Call 402.881.3638 and put these questions to whoever answers.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want cosmetic treatments and hormone or GLP-1 care under one roof, you will pay cash or use HSA or FSA funds, and you want prices in writing before you commit. It is a weaker fit if you need insurance billing, want a fixed monthly price for weight loss medication, or are looking for peptide or longevity medicine.
