What is 88Med?

No percentage or dollar amount appears. The military offer requires bringing a military ID and mentioning the coupon when you schedule, and it cannot be combined with other offers.

What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask which physician will write your prescriptions and whether you will see that same person at follow-up visits.
Next, ask about the medication. If there is a monthly fee, does it include semaglutide, tirzepatide, testosterone or peptides, or are those billed separately? Are the weight loss medications and peptides brand-name products or compounded? Ask which pharmacy fills them.
Then ask about the costs you cannot see yet: the consultation, follow-up visits, lab work and any changes to your treatment plan. Ask how cancellation works and whether you must commit to a minimum number of months. Ask whether telehealth is available, since the clinic does not say. Ask whether the military or first responder pricing applies to medication or only to visits. Finally, ask how soon you can be seen. Its published materials state that most services can be scheduled within a week.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in or near Omaha or one of the towns it names, want hormone, weight or peptide care from a physician-led office, and are prepared to pay out of pocket and get prices in writing before you commit. If you need insurance billing or a published fee schedule, expect to make a phone call first and bring the questions above with you.
