About Liz Fitzgarrald

What is Liz Fitzgarrald | Medical Aesthetics + Wellness?

This is a med spa in Elkhorn, Nebraska, and most of what it offers is cosmetic: injectables, skin treatments and skincare. Medical weight loss is one of its services, alongside memberships and consultations. In its own words: "A different kind of med spa."

Liz Fitzgarrald, APRN, FNP is the only prescriber named. Injectables include Daxxify and Jeuveau for tox, dermal filler, Sculptra and Radiesse as biostimulators, and facial balancing, which combines tox, filler and biostimulators into one multi-session plan. Skin treatments include microneedling, CoolPeel laser, Advanced DEKA Pulse and an under-eye treatment with Micronjet + Illuma Luna.

The weight loss program uses GLP-1 medication, though the clinic does not say which GLP-1 medication it prescribes. It describes a plan that combines medication with nutrition guidance, behavior modification and ongoing accountability. An NAD+ add-on is available to support energy and focus.

The office is at 1017 S 192nd St, Suite 4 at Ko & Co. Studios, Elkhorn, NE 68022. The phone number is 402-251-2404. It is by appointment only, and no hours are listed. Google shows a rating of 5 from 15 reviews.

What does it cost?

It does not publish a price for medical weight loss, and it does not say whether medication is included in any price. Ask for both before you book.

The clinic has two monthly memberships. The Savings Account is $150 a month, with $1 off each unit of tox, 10% off services and skincare, and a birthday perk of 15% off one service and one skincare purchase. The Investment Account is $300 a month, with $1 off each unit of tox, 15% off services and skincare, and a birthday perk of 20%. Both require a 3-month minimum commitment. The monthly fee rolls over and can be used toward services and skincare. Member discounts exclude GLP-1 medication. A member who refers a friend who joins receives a $50 referral bonus.

It does not say whether it accepts insurance. Financing is available through Cherry Financing. Booking requires a credit card, which is not charged at booking except for consultations, but no consultation fee is stated. A cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours costs $100, and a no-show is charged 50% of the scheduled service.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether the weight loss monthly fee includes GLP-1 medication, or whether the medication is billed on its own. Ask which GLP-1 medication is prescribed, and whether it is brand-name or compounded.

Ask what the consultation costs, since the card is charged at booking for consultations. Ask what follow-up visits and any lab work cost, and whether telehealth is available. Ask whether insurance is accepted at all.

If you join a membership, ask how cancellation works after the 3-month minimum. Ask whether hormone therapy is offered, since the clinic does not list it among its services.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want injectables or skin treatments and a medical weight loss plan from one prescriber, and you are comfortable paying out of pocket with a 3-month commitment if you choose a membership. It is a weaker fit if you need a published weight loss price before you call, or if you are looking for hormone therapy.
