What does it cost?

Employer rates are $95 per adult for businesses with 0 to 20 employees and $90 per adult for 20 or more. The clinic describes its membership terms this way: "Transparent pricing. No contract." It does not publish a consultation fee.
The weight loss program is $175 per person per month, inclusive of office visits and medication, and it requires a direct primary care membership. Functional medicine is $200 per person per month with a 4 month minimum. Hormone optimization is listed at $100 for women and $300 for men, including pellet placement and the pellets. Botox is $11 per unit for members and $13 per unit cash. Mental health therapy starts at $40 per visit. Adult dental is $40 per person per month for ages 15 and up, and child dental is $32 for ages 0 to 14, billed quarterly or annually. Additional labs cost $5 to $10 each. What should you ask before you book?
It does not say whether the $175 weight loss price covers both semaglutide and tirzepatide. Tirzepatide is listed as starting at 250 with no unit given, so ask what that figure is for. Ask whether the medications are brand-name or compounded, and which of its two physicians signs your prescription and handles your follow-up.
Ask what follow-up visits cost beyond the monthly fee, whether it bills any insurance, and what the consultation fee is. Since there is no contract, ask how cancellation works for the membership, the weight loss program and the functional medicine plan, which has a 4 month minimum.
