About Aralia Health
What is Aralia Health?
Aralia Health is a naturopathic medicine practice at 206 S 3rd St. W in Missoula, Montana. Its four naturopathic doctors are Dr. Stephanie Raven, Dr. Marissa Cavalier, Dr. Payton Robertson and Dr. Attie O'Brien. Dr. Raven is listed as no longer accepting new patients. It has 5 stars from 77 Google reviews.
The practice offers naturopathic care across a wide range of services, with weight loss as one of them. Its list includes IV therapy, hormone balancing, longevity medicine, sports medicine and pain, physical medicine, digestive health, sexual and pelvic health, gender affirming care, autoimmune conditions, lab testing and memberships. For weight loss, it offers medication. In its own words: "Aralia Health offers medication-assisted weight loss with GLP-1 agonists, including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide."
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone balancing or longevity care, and it does not say whether GLP-1 medication is included in any price. The first contact is a free 10 minute phone consult.
The Clinical Access Membership costs $18 a month. It is described as an out of pocket fee for patients who use insurance. In its own words: "No enrollment fee & Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice." Members get unlimited secure messaging with their provider, care coordination between visits and 15% off supplements.
A $1,950 onboarding package covers an initial new patient visit, the first month of membership, lab testing, a blood draw fee and an extended first follow up visit. It says it accepts most major health insurance plans.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which of the four doctors prescribes the GLP-1 medication. It does not say. Ask whether the medication is brand name or compounded, and whether the monthly fee includes it.
Ask what a first visit costs, since no first visit fee is stated. Ask what follow up visits and lab work cost on top of any membership. It does not say whether telehealth visits are offered, so ask that too.
Ask how cancellation works and whether any prepaid fees are refunded. Confirm the hours before you go. It lists Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, while its contact details show 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in or near Missoula, want a naturopathic practice that offers GLP-1 weight loss, and are willing to ask about the prescriber, medication cost and cancellation before you pay for anything. It is also worth calling if you want more than weight loss, such as hormone balancing or longevity care, but only once you have a price in writing, since none is published.
