What does it cost?

Membership starts with a one-time $100 signup fee. Monthly plans are $60 for ages 0 to 20, $80 for ages 21 to 40, $100 for ages 41 to 64, and $115 for ages 65 and up. Yearly plans are $648, $864, $1,080 and $1,242 for the same age groups, and the clinic states a 10% discount compared with paying month to month. Family membership is $100 a month for each parent when both enroll, plus $10 a month per child. When only one parent enrolls, the parent pays $100 a month, the first child $60 a month, and each additional child $10 a month.
Weight Management carries an additional $20 a month. It does not say whether that fee includes medication. What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription for each program. Dr. Ammerman is the only prescriber named, and no one is named for peptide therapy or men's health care. Ask whether the $20 monthly Weight Management fee covers medication, and if so which one, since no medication is named. Ask which peptide products are offered, whether they are brand-name or compounded, and what they cost, since none are named or priced.
Ask what men's health treatment costs, what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether visits can be done by video or phone, because the clinic does not say. Ask how to cancel a membership or program and whether there is a commitment period.
