About Cura Med Spa

What is Cura Med Spa?

Cura Med Spa is a med spa at 690 N Meridian Rd, Suite 106, in Kalispell, Montana. It also names Whitefish among its cities. The practice was founded by Nastastia Byrd Han, APRN, MSN, who prescribes its GLP-1 therapy. The practice does not say which other providers prescribe it. Most of what it does is aesthetic work: Botox, fillers, microneedling, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation and body sculpting. Medical weight loss and peptide therapy sit alongside those, with hair restoration and a wellness service also on the list. It does not offer hormone therapy.

The weight loss program uses GLP-1 medication made by compounding pharmacies, with regular check-ins with nurse practitioners and registered nurses. Peptide therapy is offered as custom protocols using injectable peptides. The office is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. The phone number is (406) 250-0544.

What does it cost?

It publishes one price: $299 a month for its Starter Weight Loss program. It does not say whether the medication is included in that fee. It does not publish full medical weight loss pricing or a consultation fee, and it does not say whether insurance is accepted. Memberships and payment plans appear in its menu, and it describes its memberships this way: "We don't believe in rigid contracts that lock you into treatments you don't need; we design memberships that deliver true value, complete flexibility, and transparent pricing." It does not publish the terms behind that sentence.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes each prescription, and whether you will see Nastastia Byrd Han, APRN, MSN, or another provider. Ask whether the $299 monthly fee covers the medication. If it does not, ask what the medication costs each month. Because the program uses compounded GLP-1 medication, ask which pharmacy makes it and whether that pharmacy is licensed and inspected.

Ask what the consultation, lab work and follow-up visits cost, and whether they are billed on top of the monthly fee. The program includes a full medical screening at the consultation, so ask what that screening involves and whether it is part of the price. Ask whether insurance is accepted before you book, since the practice does not say. Finally, ask whether there is a contract, how cancellation works, and whether any payments already made are refunded.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want medical weight loss or peptide therapy alongside cosmetic work at one Kalispell office, and you are willing to get the monthly fee, medication cost and cancellation terms in writing before you pay. If you need hormone therapy, it is not offered here.
