What is RiverStone Health?
RiverStone Health is a federally qualified health center in Billings, Montana. Its main campus is on South 27th Street, and it also runs school-based clinics and mobile outreach. Start by asking whether you qualify. The program has a firm rule: "The MyPath program is open only to established RiverStone Health patients with a referral from one of our providers." If you are not yet a patient, ask how to become one and how long a referral takes.
Ask who would prescribe, and whether a medication is part of the program at all. If one is prescribed, ask whether it is brand-name or compounded, and what it costs each month. Ask what visits, dietitian sessions and lab work cost, and which of those insurance will cover. It does not publish telehealth information, so ask whether any visits can be done remotely. Finally, ask how to end the program and whether any fee is owed after you stop.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you already see a RiverStone provider or can get a referral from one, you have insurance the clinic accepts, and you want weight management inside a community health center. If you want posted prices, a named prescriber or a medication named up front, call first, because it does not publish those.
