What is Central Wellness?
Central Wellness is a medical spa at 1420 S 24th St W in Billings, Montana. Most of what it offers is aesthetic, including Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella, Sculptra, CoolSculpting, Hydrafacial, microneedling and laser hair. Its wellness services add Medical Weight Loss and hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for women and for men, along with IV infusions, vitamin injections, and hair loss and sleep programs.
Semaglutide is the only weight loss medication it names. In its own words: "our providers build a personalized weight loss plan around your body, your health history, and your goals." It does not name the provider who prescribes. It has a 4.9 rating from 499 Google reviews. Hours are 9AM to 5PM Monday and Wednesday, 9AM to 6PM Tuesday and Thursday, 9AM to 4PM Friday, and closed on weekends.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for medical weight loss or hormone therapy. The first consultation is free, and you can book it online or by calling 406-869-1066. It lists Allē Payment Plans and PatientFi financing, but it does not say whether it accepts insurance. It does not spell out membership terms for weight loss, and it has a cancellation policy you should read before you pay.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription for semaglutide, and whether you will meet that person before any medication is started. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask which weight loss medications the program uses besides semaglutide, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost. Ask whether telehealth is available for follow-ups, since it does not say. For hormone therapy, ask what testing comes before the first prescription and who reviews it. Finally, ask whether HSA or FSA funds can be used, how financing works, and how to cancel a membership in writing.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want semaglutide or hormone replacement therapy, can get to Billings for visits, and want the prescriber, monthly price and cancellation terms in writing before you commit. If you mainly want cosmetic treatments, the aesthetic menu is the larger part of this clinic, so that is where it makes the most sense.
