What is Revivify Aesthetics?

Revivify Aesthetics is a med spa at 11 West Main Street, Suite 218, in Belgrade, MT. Most of its services are aesthetic and wellness work: Jeuveau neurotoxin treatment, Evolysse HA dermal filler, Cellenis Derma PRP, RF microneedling, IV infusions and Derma Made skincare. Weight management is one service among these, offered in the office and online.

The in-office program includes one-on-one consultations with licensed providers and access to compounded GLP-1 medications when clinically appropriate, sourced from a 503A pharmacy. The online program, Online Weight Loss and Peptides, runs through the telehealth partner EllieMD and covers peptide therapy. It does not offer hormone therapy. What does it cost?

It does not publish a price for the in-office weight management program, and it does not say whether GLP-1 medication is included in any price. It mentions monthly packages without giving an amount. The online program is listed as "Price Varies."

What should you ask before you book?

Ask which of the two clinicians named on the team page signs your prescription for compounded GLP-1 medication, and whether you will see the same person at each visit. In its own words: "Medical services and prescriptions are provided through independent licensed medical providers and partner pharmacies." Ask which providers and which pharmacy that means for your prescription.

Ask whether the monthly package includes the medication, and whether the GLP-1 is the compounded version or a brand-name product. Ask for the full monthly cost, including follow-up visits and lab work, and how cancellation works on a monthly package, since the 24-hour policy covers appointments.

If you consider Buy Now, Pay Later, ask for the total cost with any interest or fees, and whether HSA or FSA cards are accepted. For the telehealth program, ask which states EllieMD serves, since the clinic does not name them.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you live near Belgrade or can confirm the telehealth states work for you, want in-office weight management or a med spa visit, and want prices and prescriber details in writing before you pay. It makes less sense if you need hormone therapy, which it does not offer, or if you need one fixed monthly price up front, since it does not publish one. If the questions above matter to you, it is worth calling.
