What should you ask before you book?
Ask which doctor will write your prescription and how often you will see that doctor, since no credentials are given for Dr. Sullivan. Ask whether the $540 for 3 months includes medication. If it does not, ask what each medication costs per month and whether the medications are brand-name or compounded. Ask what consultations, follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether the clinic takes your insurance at all. Ask whether telehealth is available, what the office hours are, how you cancel, and whether any part of a payment can be refunded.
