What is lifexist?
Lifexist is a medical practice with an office in Osage Beach, Missouri, and a second listed office in Portland, Oregon. Its medical director is Dr. Aneel Ursani, MD, whom its team listing describes as a board-certified psychiatrist focused on weight management. Ashley, RN, is also listed as a prescriber. Her listing describes a registered nurse pursuing a Family Nurse Practitioner degree, so ask which of them will sign your prescription.
Most of what is priced here is weight loss, peptide and hormone care. The practice also offers IV nutrient therapy, advanced diagnostics, and recovery and sleep care. Telehealth is offered. In its own words: "Begin with a private telehealth consultation with a licensed medical provider." It does not list which states that covers. Some pages also describe mindset coaching and wellness resources, so be clear which service you are booking. Google lists it as a wellness center, with a rating of 5 from 4 reviews.
This listing is for its Osage Beach office at 4036 Osage Beach Pkwy N Ste 400.
What does it cost?
Most prices are monthly and come in one-month and three-month versions. Semaglutide runs from $198 a month for the first dose step to $298 for the highest, and tirzepatide from $248 to $458. Branded Ozempic starts at $458 a month, Mounjaro is $1,198 a month at every step, and peptides start at $178 a month. Hormone pricing is not published. The first visit is $198 and includes a consultation, one infusion and one add-on. Memberships run from $128 to $698 a month.
It does not publish a separate consultation fee. In its own words: "Prices are subject to change and do not include the cost of a required medical consultation where applicable." It does not say whether the weight-loss price includes the medication, or whether it takes insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which clinician signs your prescription and whether a physician sees you at the start. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and whether the drug is brand-name or compounded. Its own disclaimer says compounded medications are not FDA-approved, so get that answer in writing. Ask what labs and follow-up visits cost, how a membership cancels, and whether the first-visit price covers the whole first month. Ask which phone number and office you are dealing with, since its contact page lists a different phone number and a Portland, Oregon address than its Osage Beach footer does.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you have already decided to pay out of pocket for medical weight loss, peptide or hormone care, and you want a licensed prescriber involved from the start. If you need a published hormone price, insurance billing or a stated cancellation policy, none of those are published, so ask before you pay.
