What is Empire Aesthetics Med Spa?
Empire Aesthetics Med Spa is a medical spa at 110 Triad Center West in O'Fallon, Missouri 63366. It has one location, in a strip mall. Most of what it offers is aesthetic: Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau, fillers, microneedling, laser hair removal, waxing and facials. It also lists Health + Wellness, IV drips and vitamin injections. Google rates it 5 from 462 reviews, under the category Medical spa.
Medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy are the medical services offered alongside the aesthetic ones. Kenzie Garrison, DNP, FNP-C, is the one person listed as prescriber. In its own words: "She offers a wide range of services including injectable treatments, laser procedures, medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, and wellness-focused treatments designed to support both appearance and overall health." Her bio says she has practiced aesthetic medicine at Empire for the past four years. The vitamin injection package lets you choose five intramuscular injections, such as NAD+, B12, Tri-Immune Boost, Biotin or Vitamin D3.
What does it cost?
The clinic does not publish a price for medical weight loss, hormone therapy or a consultation. The one published price is the Empire Deluxe Skin Membership at $129 a month. It covers skin services and does not mention weight loss or hormone care. It has a six-month initial commitment, charges a debit or credit card each month, and blocks service until a payment goes through. An unused month's $129 goes into a patient wallet balance. Members get 10% off skincare products and 5% off additional services. Microneedling, for example, costs $315 for non-members and $269 for members, which is the $129 membership plus a $140 upgrade fee. The clinic does not say whether any medication is included in a price, whether it accepts insurance, or how cancellation works.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask whether Kenzie Garrison writes the prescription for weight loss or hormone therapy, and how follow-up visits and lab work are handled. The clinic does not say whether it offers telehealth, so ask whether follow-up happens in person. Ask which medications each program uses, and whether they are brand-name or compounded. The clinic does not name them.
Then ask about money. Does the monthly program fee include the medication? What do the consultation, follow-up and lab work cost? Does the clinic take insurance? If you stop early, what happens to the six-month commitment, and how do you cancel? The clinic does not display a phone number or hours, so ask for both before booking. It says calls and texts to its clinic line are answered within 1 business day.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you mainly want aesthetic treatments and want the prescriber, the medication and the total monthly cost answered in writing before you pay for weight loss or hormone care. It is a harder fit if you need published prices for the medical programs, or want hours, a phone number and an insurance policy available before you call.
