What is Drip City MedSpa?
Drip City MedSpa is a medical spa at 2427 State Highway K in O'Fallon, Missouri. The practice calls itself nurse-owned. Heather Carroll, RN, BSN, is the only person named as a prescriber, and no physician or nurse practitioner is named. Most of the work is aesthetic: Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Juvederm injections, facials, peels and laser treatments, plus bridal and event makeup. Medical weight loss and peptides is one of seven listed services.
The weight loss program combines prescription GLP-1 medication with prescription peptides and starts with a consultation. Exams can be done by TeleMed in all 50 states, with prescriptions shipped to your home if you are eligible, or in person in O'Fallon. Eligibility is decided by a medical evaluation. Training is offered through the gym partner Teambranch Training, either online or in person.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for the weight loss or peptide programs, and it does not give a consultation fee. The published prices are for two memberships: $50 a month for Aesthetic Balance and $125 a month for Aesthetic Wellness Collective. Each deposits monthly points you can apply toward qualifying services, and member pricing applies only while the membership is active. Points are non-refundable, have no cash value, and are valid for a rolling 12-month period. A 30-day notice is required to cancel. These memberships cover aesthetic services such as toxin injections, facials and laser, and the weight loss program is not among them.
Financing runs through Cherry, a "treat now, pay later" option. On insurance, in its own words: "Many wellness and aesthetic programs are self-pay. We’ll walk through options during your consultation so you know what to expect." It does not say whether it accepts insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask who writes the prescription, what license that person holds, and who manages your care after the first visit.
Then the money. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and whether the GLP-1 medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the consultation, follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether the Teambranch classes are included in any program price. Ask how cancellation works for the weight loss program, since the 30-day notice is stated for the memberships.
Finally, the hours. They are given as 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday in one place and 9am to 5pm in another, and Saturday is listed only as varies. Confirm the times before you drive over.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want injections, skin treatments, or a medical weight loss program from one nurse-led office, and you are ready to have the prescriber, the medication, and the total monthly cost confirmed in writing before you commit. It is a weaker fit if you need a published price or a named physician before you book.
