What should you ask before you book?
Who signs the prescription, and will a physician ever be involved? The only person named is the nurse practitioner. Ask who writes refills and who handles follow-up when something changes.
Is the Semaglutide brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy supplies it? It does not say.
Does the $450 change if the medication is adjusted? The clinic's own words are: "Your prescriber will adjust your medication based on individual patient needs." Ask whether an adjustment changes your monthly charge.
What do follow-up visits and lab work cost on top of the membership? It does not publish prices for either.
Who gives your injections, and what licenses do they hold? Missouri has very few regulations written specifically for medical spas, so check the licenses of anyone giving you shots.
Who is it a good fit for?
