What should you ask before you book?
Ask which provider will handle your weight loss or hormone care, Kelly Baker, NP or Skylar Pechette, RN. The weight loss description refers to board-certified providers, so ask who holds that certification. Ask whether a weight loss fee includes medication, which medication the program uses, and whether it is brand-name or compounded. For hormone therapy, ask what the pellet procedure, hormone testing, lab work and follow-up visits cost.
The hours shown conflict. Monday through Friday is listed as 9:00am to 5:00pm, but Wednesday is listed as 9:30am to 6:00pm, so confirm your appointment time before you drive over. It does not say whether telehealth visits are offered or how long the practice has been open. For either membership, ask how cancellation works and whether it renews automatically. If you plan to use an HSA card, confirm it will be accepted before your visit.

Who is it a good fit for?
